How is Yehovah our sin offering and our Husband at the same time?
Leviticus 16:7 And he shall take the two goats and set them before Yehovah at the door of the tent of meeting. 8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats: one lot for Yehovah, and the other lot for Azazel.
The reason lots are cast is because we cannot tell on our own which goat is Satan and which is Yehshua. Think about this one fact, this Day of Atonement. Satan looks and acts and talks and sounds just like Jesus or Yehshua, and it is through the misunderstanding of the scriptures that Satan deceives the entire world.
Is it possible that you and your group are deceived? The only way to know is to read the scriptures.
Revelation 12: 9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
So many now follow a paganized Jesus and they no longer know what the truths of the scriptures are.
Lev 16:9 And Aaron shall bring the goat on which Jehovah’s lot fell and offer it for a sin offering.
Yehshua died at Passover. The Passover lamb was not a sin offering. Note that the original Passover sacrifice (korban Pesach) was not given to the Levitical priesthood as a sin offering, since it preceded Sinai and the giving of the laws concerning the Mishkan/Temple sacrificial rites.
The Gospels emphasize the connection between Yeshua as the “Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world” with Passover/Exodus more than the connection between Yehshua as the “Goat of God” whose blood is sprinkled upon the Mercy Seat with Yom Kippur though the author of the Book of Hebrews explicitly makes this connection
Heb 9:11 But when Christ had become a high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building 12 nor by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own blood He entered once for all into the Holies, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
Heb 9:24 For Christ has not entered into the Holy of Holies made with hands, which are the figures of the true, but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us. 25 Nor yet that He should offer Himself often, even as the high priest enters into the Holy of Holies every year with the blood of others 26 (for then He must have suffered often since the foundation of the world), but now once in the end of the world He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
Yehshua both offered Himself up as the “Lamb of God” that causes the wrath of God to (eternally) pass over those who personally trust in Him, and He also offered himself as the “Goat of God” whose blood was sprinkled in the Holy of Holies to cleanse us from sin and give us (everlasting) atonement.
John 1:29 The next day John sees Jesus coming to him and says, Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
1 John 3: 4 Everyone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. 5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. 6 Everyone staying in Him does not sin. Everyone sinning has neither seen Him nor known Him. 7 Little children, let no one lead you astray. The one doing righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. 8 The one doing sin is of the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Elohim was manifested: to destroy the works of the devil.
Once again, we must tell you the scriptures so that you know whom it was that died because of your sins. It is Yehovah who died at Passover and it is Yehovah who paid the penalty of you sins with His own blood. And it is Yehovah who Atoned for you. Did Yehshua not say
Joh 15:12This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13No one has greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
It was Yehovah who divorced Israel.
Jeremiah 3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes for which backsliding Israel committed adultery, I sent her away and gave a bill of divorce to her, yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but she went and whored, she also.
We who are Israel committed adultery by our worshipping of other gods. Yehovah gave us a bill of divorce. These other gods are none other than Satan, whom we have gone after. Satan is going to try and kill us. Now that we have given ourselves over to Satan, Yehovah cannot remarry us by His own laws.
Deu 24:1 When a man has taken a wife and married her, and it happens that she finds no favor in his eyes, because he has found some uncleanness in her, then let him write her a bill of divorce and put it in her hand and send her out of his house. 2 And when she has departed from his house, she goes and becomes another man’s; 3 and the latter husband hates her and writes her a bill of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house; or if the latter husband dies, he who took her to be his wife 4her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife after she is defiled. For that is hateful before Jehovah. And you shall not cause the land to sin, which Jehovah your God gives you for an inheritance.
Yehovah, in order to marry the love of His heart, Israel, had to Himself die! The covenant of Mount Sinai required us to die for breaking the covenant. But Yehovah loved us so much He gave His own life in our stead, if we would come back to the covenant. He atoned for us at Passover.
Let me remind you again of the scriptures that tell us who our Messiah is, taken from our article I am YEHOVAH; and beside me there is no SAVIOR. This is your Wake–Up Call.
And for this reason the Feast of Trumpets is also known as the Feast that comes at a day and an hour no man knows. And indeed no man can know this time until it is actually witnessed by some people. You can never plan for this.
But Paul also said that 1 Thess 4:13 But I would not have you ignorant, brothers, concerning those who are asleep, that you be not grieved, even as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will also bring with Him all those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. 15 For we say this to you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord shall not go before those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. And so we shall ever be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.
I want you to notice what Paul said and I want you Brethren not to be ignorant of the times. 16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God.
Judah does not know what this Feast of Trumpets means. Did you know that?

Who is it that is going to come down from Heaven on Trumpet? Paul is telling you it is Yehovah Himself. Do you comprehend this?
John 14:8 Philip said to Him, Lord, show us the Father and it is enough for us. 9 Yehshua said to him, Have I been with you such a long time and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father. And how do you say, Show us the Father? 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The Words that I speak to you I do not speak of Myself, but the Father who dwells in Me, He does the works.
Yehshua is telling Philip that He, Yehshua was also the Father. They are the same, not two and not three, but one and the same person.
“Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is Yehovah; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.” – Isaiah 25:9
The word for Salvation is H3444 yesh-oo’-aw
Feminine passive participle of H3467; something saved, that is, (abstractly) deliverance; hence aid, victory, prosperity: – deliverance, health, help (-ing), salvation, save, saving (health), welfare.
For I am Yehovah your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior… – Isaiah 43:3
“You are My witnesses,” says Yehovah, “And My servant whom I have chosen, That you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, Nor shall there be after Me. I, even I, am Yehovah, And besides Me there is no Savior. – Isaiah 43:10-11
The word Savior here is H3467 yaw-shah’
A primitive root; properly to be open, wide or free, that is, (by implication) to be safe; causatively to free or succor: – X at all, avenging, defend, deliver (-er), help, preserve, rescue, be safe, bring (having) salvation, save (-iour), get victory.
Read these verses again. Besides Yehovah THERE IS NO SAVIOR. So who is Yehshua?
Thus says Yehovah: “…They will plead with you, saying: ‘Surely God is in you, and there is no other, no god besides Him.’” Truly, you are a God who hides Himself, O God of Israel, the Savior. All of them are put to shame and confounded; the makers of idols go in confusion together. But Israel is saved by Yehovah with everlasting salvation; you shall not be put to shame or confounded to all eternity. For thus says Yehovah, who created the heavens (he is God!), who formed the earth and made it (he established it; He did not create it empty, He formed it to be inhabited!): “I am Yehovah, and there is no other. I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob, ‘Seek me in vain.’ I Yehovah speak the truth; I declare what is right. “Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, you survivors of the nations! They have no knowledge who carry about their wooden idols and keep on praying to a god that cannot save. Declare and present your case; let them take counsel together! Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, Yehovah? And there is no other god besides Me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none besides Me. “Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. By Myself I have sworn; from My mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: ‘To Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.’ – Isaiah 45:14-23
“Yet I am Yehovah your God ever since the land of Egypt, And you shall know no God but Me; For there is no Savior besides Me.” – Hosea 13:4
To whom will you liken Me and make Me equal, and compare Me, that we may be alike? …for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, …I bring near My righteousness; it is not far off, and My salvation will not delay; I will put salvation in Zion, for Israel My glory.” – Isaiah 46:5,9,13
For My own sake, for My own sake, I do it, for how should My Name be profaned? My glory I will not give to another. “Listen to Me, O Jacob, and Israel, whom I called! I am He; I am the first, and I am the last. – Isaiah 48:11-12
Revelations 1:10 I came to be in the Spirit in the Lord’s day and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, 11 saying, I am the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. Also, What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea. 12 And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. 13 And having turned, I saw seven golden lampstands. And in the midst of the seven lampstands I saw One like the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the feet, and tied around the breast with a golden band. 14 His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow. And His eyes were like a flame of fire. 15 And His feet were like burnished brass having been fired in a furnace. And His voice was like the sound of many waters. 16 And He had seven stars in His right hand, and out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword. And His face was like the sun shining in its strength. 17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. And He laid His right hand upon me, saying to me, Do not fear, I am the First and the Last, 18 and the Living One, and I became dead, and behold, I am alive for ever and ever, Amen. And I have the keys of hell and of death.
It is Yehovah who is the FIRST AND THE LAST. Yehovah.
Rev 22:12 And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to each according as his work is. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, the First and the Last. 14 Blessed are they who do His commandments, that their authority will be over the Tree of Life, and they may enter in by the gates into the city.
Deu 6:4 Hear, O, Israel. Jehovah our God is one Jehovah.
People quote this and say this out loud and then in the same breath go on to say that Yehovah is a plurality of two or three gods or more. But this is not what scripture says. He is not two gods or a trinity. Yehovah is One and He is the one that we nailed to the tree because of our sins.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.
Joh 1:9 He was the true Light; He enlightens every man coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world came into being through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own received Him not. 12 But as many as received Him, He gave to them authority to become the children of God, to those who believe on His name, 13 who were born, not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God. 14 And the Word became flesh, and tabernacled among us. And we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and of truth.
It was Yehovah who was that Word, He was that Torah and it was Yehovah who is the one and only God and it was Yehovah who became flesh.
It is Yehovah who is going to come on Trumpets.
Isaiah 12:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also has become my salvation.
Yehovah my Salvation is Yehovah my Yehshua.
Yehshua means Yehovah is Salvation.
Matthew 24:29 And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. 30 And then the sign of the Son of Man shall appear in the heavens. And then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of the heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
I am telling you that on the Feast of Trumpets in 2024 it is going to be Yehovah that is coming to shake the heavens.
We have a prophecy from Isaiah about this.
Isa 7:10 And Jehovah spoke again to Ahaz, saying, 11 Ask a sign of Jehovah your God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. 12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, nor will I tempt Jehovah. 13 And He said, Hear now, O house of David; is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my God also? 14 So, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel.
Mat 1:22 And all this hath come to pass, that it may be fulfilled that was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, 23 `Lo, the virgin shall conceive, and she shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel,’ which is, being interpreted `With us he is God.’
It was on the Feast of Trumpets in 3 B.C. that God With US was born, just as Isaiah said he would be.

Now that you know who gave their life for you, now that you know how great our Father’s love for us is. Let us look at the rest of the Atonement service. Do not neglect the fact that the Day of Atonement comes at the end of 40 days of repentance and at the end of the 10 days of awe which are severe repentance with weeping and begging for our very lives.
Lev 4:35 And he shall take away all the fat of it, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings. And the priest shall burn them on the altar, on the fire offerings to Jehovah. And the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he has sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.
You can use a lamb or a goat for the sin offering.
Lev 5:4 Or if a soul swears, pronouncing with his lips to do evil or to do good, whatever it is that a man speaks rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him, and he knows, then he shall be guilty of one of these. 5And it shall be when he is guilty in one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned. 6And he shall bring his trespass offering to Jehovah for his sin which he has sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a doe of the goats, for a sin offering. And the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin.
Lev 16:10But the goat, on which the lot fell for Azazel, shall be set alive before Yehovah, to make atonement over him, to send him away for Azazel into the wilderness.
This goat represents Satan and upon Satan are laid all the sins of the world.
Lev 16:20 “And when he has finished atoning for the Set-apart Place, and the Tent of Meeting, and the altar, he shall bring the live goat. 21 “Then Aharon shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and shall confess over it all the crookednesses of the children of Yisra’l, and all their transgressions in all their sins, and shall put them on the head of the goat, and shall send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a fit man. 22 “And the goat shall bear on itself all their crookednesses, to a land cut off. Thus he shall send the goat away into the wilderness.
This fit man spoken of in verse 21 is representing the angel that is coming down in Revelation to seize hold of Satan and his demons.
Revelation 20: 1 And I saw a messenger coming down from the heaven, having the key to the pit of the deep and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he seized the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3 and he threw him into the pit of the deep, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should lead the nations no more astray until the thousand years were ended. And after that he has to be released for a little while.
Upon the goat for Azazel is laid all the sins of Israel which Satan has caused to come about. In Revelation 18 and 19 this is what is happening here. We are being told who the culprit is that has brought about all this misery. It is Satan.
Revelation 19: 19 And I saw the beast, and the sovereigns of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to fight Him who sat on the horse and His army. 20 And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he led astray those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. The two were thrown alive into the lake of fire burning with sulfur. 21 And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh.
Revelation 18: 1 And after this I saw another messenger coming down from the heaven, having great authority, and the earth was lightened from his esteem. 2 And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, “Babel the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, and a haunt for every unclean and hated bird, 3 because all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her whoring, and the sovereigns of the earth have committed whoring with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the power of her riotous living.” 4 And I heard another voice from the heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. 5 “Because her sins have piled up to reach the heaven, and Elohim has remembered her unrighteousness’s. 6 “Render to her as she indeed did render, and repay her double according to her works. In the cup which she has mixed, mix for her double. 7 “As much as she esteemed herself and lived riotously, so much torture and grief give to her, because in her heart she says, ‘I sit as sovereigns, and I am not a widow, and I do not see mourning at all.’ 8 “Because of this her plagues shall come in one day: death and mourning and scarcity of food. And she shall be burned up with fire, because YHVH Elohim who judges her is mighty. 9 “And the sovereigns of the earth who committed whoring and lived riotously with her shall weep and mourn over her, when they see the smoke of her burning, 10 standing at a distance for fear of her torture, saying, ‘Woe! Woe, the great city Babel, the mighty city, because your judgment has come in one hour!’
It is by the blood of Yehovah the lamb that is killed at Passover that our sins are atoned for at Atonement 6 months later. It is by His blood that we are redeemed.
Lev 16:15Then shall he kill the goat of the sin-offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with his blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the ark-cover, and before the ark-cover. 16And he shall make atonement for the holy place, because of the uncleanness’s of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions, even all their sins; and so shall he do for the tent of meeting, that dwelleth with them in the midst of their uncleanness’s. 17And there shall be no man in the tent of meeting when he goeth in to make atonement in the holy place, until he come out, and have made atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the assembly of Israel. 18And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD, and make atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about. 19And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness’s of the children of Israel.
Having touched the unclean goat both Aaron and the fit man must clean themselves.
Lev 16:21And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their transgressions, even all their sins; and he shall put them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away by the hand of an appointed man into the wilderness. 22And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land which is cut off; and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness. 23And Aaron shall come into the tent of meeting, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the holy place, and shall leave them there. 24And he shall bathe his flesh in water in a holy place and put on his other vestments, and come forth, and offer his burnt- offering and the burnt-offering of the people, and make atonement for himself and for the people. 25And the fat of the sin-offering shall he make smoke upon the altar. 26And he that letteth go the goat for Azazel shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.
So we have a direct comparison of Satan and the Azazel goat in both Lev 16 and Revelation 20. Once Satan is locked away for the thousand years then we can enjoy the Millennial reign here on earth with king David as our ruler for those thousand years.
This was prophesied in Genesis.
Gen 2:1And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all
His work which He had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He had rested from all His work which God created to make.
Yehovah has made a big deal over the Seventh Day Sabbath. He does this because it represents the 7th Millennium and it will be a rest from Satan’s ways. But Christianity will not keep the Sabbath. They are deceived into believing that Jesus changed it to Sunday. Jesus, the one who does not keep the laws, is Satan. Remember the two goats had to be decided by lots as even the High Priest could not decide, only Yehovah could.
Christianity wants to enter the Millennial rest, but in their daily walk they refuse to honor it by keeping the 7th Day Sabbath, which pictures it as a Holy Day.
Heb 3:7 Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, “Today if you will hear His voice, 8 do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness, 9 when your fathers tempted Me, proved Me, and saw My works forty years. 10 Therefore I was grieved with that generation and said, They always err in their heart, and they have not known My ways. 11 So I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter into My rest.” 12 Take heed, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. 13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called today, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, 15 while it is said, “Today if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.” 16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke; however, not all who came out of Egypt by Moses. 17 But with whom was He grieved forty years? Was it not with those who had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom did He swear that they should not enter into His rest, but to those who did not believe? 19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
What is this rest He is speaking of? It is none other than the 7th Millennial rest which is pictured each week by the Sabbath.
Heb 4:1Therefore, a promise being left to enter into His rest, let us fear lest any of you should seem to come short of it. 2For also we have had the gospel preached, as well as them. But the Word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. 3For we who have believed do enter into the rest, as He said, “I have sworn in My wrath that they should not enter into My rest;” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. 4For He spoke in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested the seventh day from all His works.” 5And in this place again, “They shall not enter into My rest.” 6Since then it remains that some must enter into it, and since they to whom it was first preached did not enter in because of unbelief, 7He again marks out a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” (after so long a time). Even as it is said, “Today, if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts.” 8For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. 9So then there remains a rest to the people of God. 10For he who has entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from His. 11Therefore let us labor to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of unbelief. 12For the Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The putting away of Satan is such a huge deal. After all, He was the most anointed of Cherubim, covering the throne of Yehovah himself.
Eze 28:11And the Word of Jehovah came to me, saying, 12Son of man, lift up a lament over the king of Tyre, and say to him, So says the Lord Jehovah: You seal the measure, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. 13You have been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the ruby, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the turquoise, and the emerald, and gold. The workmanship of your tambourines and of your flutes was prepared in you in the day that you were created. 14You were the anointed cherub that covers, and I had put you in the holy height of God where you were; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. 15You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until iniquity was found in you. 16By the multitude of your goods they have filled your midst with violence, and you have sinned. So I cast you profaned from the height of God, and I destroy you, O covering cherub, from among the stones of fire. 17Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you have spoiled your wisdom because of your brightness. I will cast you to the ground; I will put you before kings, that they may behold you. 18By the host of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your trade, you have profaned your holy places; so I brought a fire from your midst; it shall devour you, and I will give you for ashes on the earth, before the eyes of all who see you. 19All who know you among the peoples shall be astonished at you; you shall be terrors, and you will not be forever.
Understand just how big a deal this is. Yehovah has commanded you to fast on this day. Why? We have explained this before that certain types of demonic spirits only can be removed by fasting and prayers.
Mat 17:19Then the disciples came to Jesus apart, and said, Why could we not cast him out? 20And Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, If you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain, Move from here to there. And it shall move. And nothing shall be impossible to you. 21However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.
Satan is the head of that kind of demon. So prayer and fasting are required for him on this day of Atonement when he is to be removed.
Lev 23:27Also, on the tenth of this seventh month, this is a day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. And you shall afflict your souls and offer a fire offering to Jehovah. 28And you shall do no work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, in order to make an atonement for you before Jehovah your God. 29For any soul who is not humbled in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. 30And any soul who does any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. 31You shall do no kind of work. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. 32It shall be to you a sabbath of rest, and you shall humble your souls. In the ninth of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your sabbath.
This day is so important to Yehovah that He makes sure you know the Fast is from sunset of the 9th to sunset 10th day. This is a disappointing day for Yehovah, as one of His best creations has turned against Him. On this day Yehovah is going to remove the problem once and for all. So fast and do not work.
Those not fasting, those who are working, those who are not keeping the Holy Days or the Sabbath and those keeping the wrong calendar will not enter into that millennial rest. Make sure you do. Work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
